Well, we don't have much history, we're pretty new to the scene. It's been almost a year...we have met some amazing people, and had alot of fun. I was a mom who wanted the kids in her life to look great but paying retail!??! FORGET IT..Superkids boutique started with me buying on Ebay. Than I bought the odd thing for kids or myself that did'nt fit or wer'nt what I was looking for so I resold them...2 sales later I was hooked. I am still a big fan of buying on Ebay. I now go out a few times a month and spend many hours combing thru many stores and importers finding great deals for myself and others who want GREAT STUFF but prefer to not pay full retail for exactly the same thing. I have met great sellers, buyers, and really have been suprised at the kindness of strangers.

I hate high shipping. I only bid on about 7% of what i look at due to shipping cost. Some are just funny really, but as a seller I also understand. Beyond our ever rising shipping costs, we have to buy packaging supplies (envelopes, paper, printer ink, taps, bags) plus the time we take to run a GOOD store on ebay. )Often many sellers will LOSE money on shipping YES LOSE!!! I think shipping is a real pain WE ALL DO! but in the end if I think if the shipping on something sucks I DON'T BID ON IT OR BUY IT! I would appreciate the same from you. We recycle as much as we can from shippings we have received....this helps. We do offer combined shipping. You simply pay the highest shipping price and each addtl piece is 1$ to usa or canada and only an extra 2.50 internationally! We do our best. We know we have great shipping rates. There is a big differance in shipping costs when you live in canada. Most people don't know it's more expensive to ship within my own country than if I ship to the US

We will offer a full money back policy if it's a REAL reason....Like damage(not the damage suffered when you bought the wrong size ), or grossley misrepresented (you ordered blue and I sent you red,not you ordered blue and realized you meant to order red because you did'nt read the auction), I am sorry, i think it's common sense (but you'd be suprised) that the wrong size would not be our responsibility, nor would wearing an item out and trying to return it with no tags, and/or various scent and stains this is also should not be blamed on us.

We are a quirky bunch in our house. Trying to make some extra income to work less and play more. At home we can all be together so the more hours here and fewer in the working world the better, would'nt you agree. I am a stay at home mom and proud of it! If you get envelopes with crazy drawings on it (only crayons) or a box covered in stickers, you will know my 3 yr old was helping me that day. It truly is a family owned and operated company.
