I purchased a Yamawaku 210mm gyuto, it was delivered quickly with less than the listed 10 day delay between payment and post. It arrived in good condition despite damaged packaging and only slight protection from the lightly wrapped retail display box. This knife has fantastic finish quality and exceptional materials quality, with sharpness and edge holding that put $250 factory knives to shame. But this is not a knife for all kitchens; first, like any non-stainless knife it needs to be cleaned and dried after each use, second the superbly thin edge geometry makes this knife truly as sharp as a razor blade, but like a razor blade the *very* thin edge means that extra care is needed to protect it from damage. I suggest only cutting on hardwood boards (the edge sinks in to softwood or plastic and could bend if twisted). However if you are ready to respect this blades limitations, get ready for the best cutting light duty knife you will ever own! Arigato Yamawaku-sama and 330
