Alien Label is a Toronto-based company that creates and sells jewellery (that's the Canadian way of spelling it, eh!), soaps, and other goodies. The madate is to make and carry beautiful and fun pieces. My collections are inspired by the imagination, by hot new fashion trends, by classic designs of the past, and also by the rich and diverse local cultures of Toronto.

I am not a huge company making huge profits, I am just a one-woman operation trying to get by on my love of crafts. If you ever go to a bead store, you will see how expensive the materials are alone (especially once you look at sterling silver, precious stones, etc). There is also a great deal of time spent planning and fabricating the design. So I keep prices fair to both you, the buyer, and myself, the maker. I do everything I can to keep prices as low as possible for the items themselves, and for the shipping, because I believe in giving my customers value, and that excitement of finding a great deal (which is why we all love eBay). This is what creates a relationship with repeat customers. That's why wherever possible, I reward my repeat customers with discounts on shipping, so keep an eye out for my shipping discounts for multiple items.

The main items I sell are brand new jewellery and related accessories (such as jewellery boxes, etc), and these will always be brand new and, of course, completely hygenic. The only time you will find I am selling something slightly used, will be the occasional non-personal item (such as a piece of furniture from my home because I am moving, or a book, etc) and therefore I will clearly disclose, in the product description, the fact that it is gently used, and I will also clearly describe any product flaws if there are any. I believe that trust and integrity are key aspects to customer service, and for that reason I will always be upfront and clear with my customers about the product I am selling. My theory is, if you are going to do something, do it right.
