I've been buying and selling on ebay for over 10 years and just recently opened my ebay store. I own and operate a music teaching studio and retail store, so the ebay store is a natural extension of these businesses.

Payment policy
I prefer Paypal, but also accept postal money orders and personal checks.

Shipping information
I ship either by UPS, the US Postal Service or FedEx. There's a postal store right across the parking lot from my studio, so if the item isn't too bulky I use the Postal Service.

Return policy
Return policy depends on the item sold. Books, Videos and Compact Discs can't be returned because of copyright laws. Most other items can be returned.
