Been an ebay member for over 8 years now. I sell once in awhile when I have the time. I try my best to do right by people. All my auctions have similar terms.

Paypal, money order and cashier's check only. I DO NOT accept foreign cashiers check, so all scammers look elsewhere. If you need to pay by personal check, it will have to be arranged prior to end of auction if that is what you are interested in. In the rare case that i do take a check, it will be 7-10 buisness days after the check arrives to allow time for it to clear my bank before I ship item. Paypal is preferred; I will have your item on its way to you within 2 days after payment

I do combine shipping on similar products, contact me prior to paying to get a total for that. I ship standard USPS or UPS, and will ship item within 2 days once payment is recieved. In the event that I list a big, bulky item that is local pickup only, it is just that. I do charge a modest handling fee, and you will be responsible for picking it up. If arrangements are made, I will be willing to travel within 100 miles of my home at a standard rate of $.45 a mile round trip. I drive a rather big pickup truck that can haul bigger items. Arrange for this prior to bidding please. This is on a limited schedule, Sat's only as I have a full time job that I work long hours at during the week.

I aim to please, but please dont take advantage. If the item was misrepresented, as in damaged, then I will refund the purchase price only. You will not receive your shipping back, and return shipping will be at your expense. So, read, and ask questions before you bid; I will return all questions within 1 day, usually a few hours. If you do not hear from me in a day or so, send me a reminder. I have alot of e-mails come across my desk and i do make the occasional slip-up and lose an e-mail.

Its 2008 folks. I am not going to fall for some scam where I am sent a fake cashiers check for 10 times my items value, cash it send you the item and real money only to have it bounce and I am out money and my item. That is why I deal with Paypal, and cashier's checks drawn to Real Banks, and that is also why I ship to continental US only. I am sorry to my brethren in the North and the South.

I welcome bids to the US Military. I am honored to be a part of the family myself, and will be glad to ship to an FPO, APO,etc. Just make sure that you are aware of what can and can't be recieved by that mail system. I am not responsible if the post office confiscates it due to its content. I.E certain movies, or such that cannot be accepted into certain parts of the world.
