Buyer is responsible for any (rare) customs fees on international shipments. We will gift wrap and declare your product as a gift on request only.
Return policy
Returns only if item is significantly not as described. Contact my e-mail within 72 hours of receipt before leaving feedback for prompt resolution. All items returned must be in the same condition as shipped and in the same or similar safe packaging. Buyer pays any return shipping. While an item damaged in shipping is obviously not as described it is handled differently: Buyer pays shipping and INSURANCE FEES ARE INCLUDED. Damage or loss in shipping is covered by the insurance carrier only. We will file an insurance claim for shipping damage. Settlement of this claim will take time based on the insurer. To qualify, you must retain the item and participate in filing a valid two-party claim. Please also note we do not recommend Parcel Post for the shipment of fragile items. Priority is safer and faster. No returns without authorization may be allowed. Shipping expense is non-refundable. Thank You.
