I ordered the item as a Xmas present and it was supposed to arrive on 22nd December yet it was showing that it had not even been sent. By 24th I had sent two messages and recieved no response. I complained to ebay and promptly received a refund. Now I have no Xmas present and have to start again. Would give this seller -10.
