Hi I recieved the Printmaster Gold Classic 4.0 cd last month. The shipping was fast but it stated on your origional add it works with windows 7. It does not. I can not use it. Marruth422

I ordered an item (Printshop 20) from this man and he refuses to answer any of my questions. He was paid the day after I ordered it an have received nothing him. That was over a week ago why can't he answere questions and ship something the same day he gets paid for it ???? SCAM or what
