We have 2 Dogs and 3 Cats - this is why we wanted to help Operation Kindness - we Fostered a Wonderful dog - Buddy - we could not keep hime -- they found him a home within 24 hours after we tried for 2 weeks! They are great!

Insurance is offered on all shipments when shipped Priorty Mail via USPS built into the Handling Charges. Claims of damage upon delivery will then be processed with USPS for reimbursement for loss or damage. The act that we experienced, where a DOLL was bought and the buyer sent back a BROKEN PORCELAIN LOOK-ALIKE is nothing short of THEFT by MAIL - and THEN SHE LEAVES US BAD FEEDBACK.
