We pack very well - check our feedback...we advise purchasing optional insurance for fragile items but don't require it. We ship within 1 business day of cleared payment - PROMISE!! IF YOU WANT TO BE REIMBURSED FOR SOMETHING WE SEND AND THE POST OFFICE LOSES - BUY INSURANCE - IT'S AS EASY AS THAT!!! Please don't ask us to replace what USPS loses - It is simply out of our hands after we mail it.

We take any requests for returns on an individual basis. We want you to be satisfied and write our item descriptions very carefully so you will not be disappointed. We can't take CD's, DVDs,software, cassettes back unless they do not work. Please contact us before you send something back we offer store credit on returns.
