I got a negative feedback from a guy in Norway which makes me surprised after offering the guy a full refund and also requesting him to keep the product free of charge. Item in question did not come with the stand which was confirmed by Head of United Cutlery though my listing stated it did. I offered the customer to keep the item that I will refund the item cost nevertheless this customer gets the satisfaction of giving a negative feedback and calling me a “liar”. This type of language is not acceptable in a civilised world which I hope includes Norway.
I have done best to give more than 100%25 to all my customers as I know without valued customers I will be doomed!!!!.
I just want to throw this out there so that everyone will understand, I HAVE DONE MY BEST.
