Caravan Trading has been handcrafting hookahs in Egypt for four generations and importing them to the US since 2002. Ali's family business is located in the old walled city of Cairo not far from Khan el-Khalili, the world famous bazaar. In Egypt, the business is focused on providing international wholesale buyers with quality pipes while in the US, we keep our two Fullerton, CA warehouses fully stocked with hookahs, parts, and accessories for wholesale and retail shoppers. In addition to hookahs, we import a variety of handcrafted items made in Egypt. Many of them are made for us by a Widow's Co-Op that Ali and his sister founded to help widows with children earn an income to support their families. These remarkable women make gorgeous macrame bracelets, beaded bracelets and chokers, beaded bellydance hip scarves, and crochet beaded headpieces for us to purchase for resale. Their work has become so admired that they now have several other wholesale buyers as well.

Paying for your purchase is made incredibly easy thanks to the variety of payment methods that we accept: Paypal, credit cards through Auction Checkout or by phone, money order, cashier's check, personal check.

We are always happy to combine multiple purchases to save you money on shipping fees, and our calculated shipping ensures that you always pay the most reasonable fee for delivery to your location. We utilize UPS and DHL for items weighing more than 3 pounds and the USPS for items under 3 pounds and international packages. Because our hookahs are hand assembled and tested prior to shipment, we allow ourselves 5 business days from the receipt of cleared payment to prepare and ship an order. However, we nearly always ship within a day or two. Items that don't require assembly or testing are shipping the day after receipt of cleared payment most of the time.

Items damaged in transit that are covered by insurance will be replaced. Buyer must notify us of damaged goods within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date. Returns are accepted only if the item received is not as represented in the auction description. Items must be returned in the condition received (new & unused), in the ORIGINAL box with ALL original contents within 3 days of confirmed delivery date. Returns will not be accepted without prior notice. We do not reimburse shipping fees.
