We are a bona fide, fully insured and HM Revenue & Customs registered, family run trading/product agency business operating from the East Midlands region of the United Kingdom. We primarily import goods from Italy and China which are sold domestically and exported globally. We also sell British products to a worldwide market. All the merchandise we stock is stored in custom made, climate controlled, smoke free environments.

Payment is by PayPal Immediate Payment System only, we do not accept any other payment method.

Returns are accepted for fixed price items only and exclusively in accordance with and subject to the following conditions:- 1) Item(s) must be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt. 2) All shipping and relevant charges are to be paid by the customer. 3) Item(s) to be returned in original packing containing all supplied authentic materials and our relevant invoice. 4) Returned item(s) will be eligible for shop credit only and will be subject to a 25.5% re-stocking fee based on initial nett order value. 5) Refunds will only be given if goods supplied are defective or if EU DSRs are invoked and only the value of the product(s) will be refunded, postage fees will not be reimbursed. 6) Any claims must be made in writing and within the time limit as described above and are subject to our judgement. 7) Refunds requested outside the EU DSRs jurisdiction will not under any circumstances be issued if you simply decide you no longer want the product(s).
