All my items come from a pet free and smoke free home. I do my best to ensure my listings are as accurate and honest as I myself would expect as a buyer. I also try to ensure any item I sell is in the best condition that I can offer it.

Mostly shoes, books and children's clothing. However I will from time to time have a random object that I no longer have use for or received; perhaps as a duplicate gift etc.

Mostly I try to give the most accurate and competitive postage costs. I try to recycle packaging so, despite my items being posted in non conventional materials at times I assure the item with be secure and safely contained.

I will accept returns if the item is proven to be faulty or not as described, for example if I listed it as size 10 (by clerical error) and it was actually 14. I wkd happily accept return and refund postage costs.
