I started this business five or so years ago, to liquidate some of our collectibles (that the kids call clutter, and my name is Denny Moore, like the Dinty Moore beef stew....thus our store name and my ID....dintyclutter). I had retired a few years and was looking for a home bsiness to run, so I started up our store. I liquidate year-end or excess merchandise from retailers and wholesalers, to get you great prices. I try to only sell first quality items, not seconds or knock-offs. If I find a great deal on a second that has no apparent flaws, we'll sell that as well, but make note of it in the listing. I have three listers that work part-time with me and one, JENNI, that covers for me while I travel and often helps me pack and ship on busy days. :-) Could not do it without them, especially Jenni, my neighbor.
Payment policy
We accept PayPal, personal checks (for less than $50), bank or postal money orders, certified bank checks. All international payments must be paid in US$ please.....the bank HAMMERS us for conversions!
Shipping information
We use USPS only except for very special requests. We treat you fairly for shipping. We do charge a small surcharge to compensate us for our time spent labeling, packing, going to-from post office, filling out customs forms, standing in line, materials used, etc. We refund you some money if we find that we have accidentally overcharged you. :-)
Return policy
See our policy stated in each listing. We treat you fairly and assume you'll do the same for us. Our typical return restocking/relisting fee (if nothing our fault) is 10% or less. Too high, you suspect? That actually does not even re-coup all of our eBay fees, depending on price of item.

What if we goof up ? PLEASE TELL US.
We are collectively not perfect and DO make a few errors at times, including conflicting info in our listing, selling an item we can no longer find in inventory, over-estimating the weight and thus charging too high on shipping, etc. BUT...we make immediate efforts to make it right for you though, including clear, timely, straigtht-forward communications, offering alternate items at a discount, or a full and immediate refund of your money. Look at our feedback record (still almost 100% positive, as of this writing with about 7,500 responses from over 9,500 sales)....we get it right for you as best we can! We will leave your Positive eBay feedack and appreciate it if you'd return the favor. :-)
