Dove Mill Retail Outlet is a family Run Business, operating from a 12,000sq Foot Mill Shop that is based in a 100 year old Victorian Cotton Mill.

We accept paypal, postal orders or cash on collection.

All items are dispatched using UK MAIL services. It is your responsibility, to be in when delivery is expected. You will receive an email stating tracking information and delivery date, if you are not able to take delivery on the date stated, please contact us with a secure location/neighbour where your item can be left. If your order is returned as undeliverable, we reserve the right to refund you, minus the original postage charge. If collection of orders is preferred, we are available Mon-Fri 10am-4.00pm. Please place your order and contact us beforehand, so we can have your order ready for you. Cash on collection is acceptable but we prefer paypal transactions. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of items, in as sold condition, including all original packaging. Please request a return via ebay returns process prior to returning any items with full transaction details and the reason for return. Refunds will be given for returned items excluding p&p, we also reserve the right to deduct 10% of the original selling price to cover any admin and restocking fees applicable. It is the responsibility of the customer to return items in original condition, via whichever carrier you prefer, although we do recommend you use a tracked service and include your user name.
