When shipping DVD's or Video Games I pretty much use Bubble Mailer envelopes. When I do sell larger items, I usually use eBay Flat Rate Box. It comes with Tracking Number & Delivery Confirmation, although it doesn't come with Signature Confirmation & I charge a $1.50 for that.
