I try to have items shipped out within 3 days. In Canada DVD's are shipped through Lettermail and items over 2 cm in thickness shipped through Regular Parcel. For American Customers I ship airmail because wait times can be quite long if shipped through ground or surface services. I use Ebay flat rate boxes for mulitple purchases to save on shipping if interested please do not hestitate to ask about one.

Even though all items are checked for quality assurance purposes if there is a problem with an item I will work with the customer to resolve the issue. All items however are checked for functionality before being listed
