Shipping information
We make a conscious effort to reduce overall mailing waste. When we receive items in the mail, we try to get re-use out of everything like envelopes, Styrofoam, plastic packaging, etc. When sending fragile items, we will most likely use grocery store bags to cushion those items, instead of purchasing bubble wrap or things of that sort. We hope that once you receive your package, you will be satisfied with our goal to help the environment, and you will pass the same tradition on either by re-using our packaging again, or recycling it.

Feedback
It is Ebay policy that feedback is voluntary. However, we believe feedback is important. It helps the buyer decide if they can trust a seller they have never dealt with. It also helps the seller know they have made their customers happy. Some sellers may not find that important, and are just out to make another sale. We however, think customer satisfaction is a #1 priority when selling.
How feedback is left
We leave feedback for our customers in batches. Meaning we only leave feedback about once per month. So if you buy from us, you may not see our feedback for awhile. HOWEVER, if you take the time to leave us positive voluntary feedback, we will immediately leave your feedback in return, rather than waiting on our next batch. This is just a token of our appreciation that you, the customer, took the time to let us know everything went well. Customers like that are extra special to us, and we believe in giving good karma in return!
