Esma Erdic is a Canadian jewelry designer and since 2009, an Ebay seller of loose beads, findings and bulk bead lots. We offer a wide, varied choice of unique and beautiful beads, findings and mixes, selected from various local and foreign sources.

Payment policy
Payal, or other methods offered through PayPal (credit card, E-check). If paying by E-check, please be aware that items are not shipped until payment clears.

Shipping information
Shipping is via Canada Post Surface Delivery. We try to offer the lowest shipping rate possible, and are always happy to combine shipping on more than one item. Packages are shipped within 3 business days, usually at least twice a week. We offer free tracking on Canadian and US orders over $50, and overseas orders over $100. If you would like tracking and your order is under these amounts, or if you would like expedited shipping, please email us for rates.

Return policy
Buyer has 14 days from date of receiving item to return in same condition as received, and qualify for a money-back refund if not 100% satisfied. Refund is given for the product only. Shipping charges, duties and taxes are not included in the refund. Buyer pays return shipping.
