My dad use to do this handicraft business back in Nepal in 70's now he is retired man and enjoying his good old days :) It is now my turn to keep the spin rolling and here I'm doing my best to be the best being honest as I can.

Shipping information
SHIPPING AND HANDLING: I ship the items the very next day after receiving the payment, shipping is done on Weekdays (8.30 to 9 am) by doing registered mail. If by any reason we are unable to ship the item we will email you. You will receive an email with the shipping details. Registered mail without is FREE world wide including combine. Expedite mail with tracking will cost you $25.00. If you still have doubts please email us. SHIPPING MULTIPLE ITEMS: I am happy to combine shipping on multiple auctions and you don't need to pay extra. MY POLICY ON NONPAYING BIDDERS: After 7 days or purchase if the payment is not made the item will be filed as payment not received. NPB (non-paying bidder), as I have to get my FVF fee back from the eBay.

Return policy
RETURNS: I have already mentioned in the auction that the handmade products may slightly vary in size, color etc.. but still if you are not satisfied with the product, please send the message through eBay message system and will try my best to either exchange or refund. Refund will be made as I receive the packet. Returned shipping cost is paid by the customer.
