Family Inc Emporium is a small town family run business who genuinely cares about our customers. Our philosophy is to operate as if we are doing business with old friends.

We off a wide array of items from old to new, from vintage to gently used, if you can dream it we have probably run across it in our travels. In other words we have something for just about everyone. If there is an item you would like to see us offer or you have that special something you are looking for, just contact us through eBay, email, or our forum here. Chances are we have it or know where to find it.

Right now we are on the hunt for Shipping supplies and boxes!!! Anytime we can see a money saving opportunity for this purpose we will act on it, not just for you the customer but for us as well.

We all have our different hobbies here at Family Inc. I think it is safe to say we all like all things old, items that help us stay organized, and the more unique vintage items.

Payment is accepted through eBay and PayPal only. We will not sell outside eBay. Currently there is no other forms of payment accepted. Payment MUST be made within 5 days of the close of an auction sale and immediately after a Buy it Now item sale. All payments not made in that time frame and no reply from emails will have a non-payment case filed with eBay.

We are jumping on board to free shipping. Course this is now reflected in the price, but now you can see at a glance if you truly want one of our special treasures. We do offer International shipping, but I am afraid that is not free shipping.

If our product is not exactly as we described it in the ad we will happily refund your money with in 7 days after you receive your item, minus the shipping and handling fees. We try our best to show with pictures and our description any and all defects plus a very detailed description of the size, color, and origin of our products. If your item is new and sealed you may only return to us if you have not opened it. We also can not accept a return, if you the buyer, have misused the item in any way and/or if the misuse caused the item to break. And since we no longer can charge extra for insurance and not everyone wants insurance we can not be held responsible for lost or damaged items.

We will gladly answer any and all questions or comments with in 24 hours. So please make sure you ask your questions in a timely manner for the listing. Our normal hours of operation are: Monday - Friday 10 am to 7 pm Saturday 11 am to 5 pm Sunday we are closed
