I bought bulbs last fall and when they bloomed this year they are not what they were supposed to be. I purchased many iris bulbs supposedly in many different colors and all I received was a very common purple iris. I sent an email asking about why I didn't receive the bulbs I ordered and have not yet received a reply. I think I deserve a refund or new bulbs. Delores Boals

I love this seller and have been buying from her for almost six years. She has excellent customer service skills. I remember one time when I had an order of daylilies that didn't make it, I'm probably the only person on earth who can kill a daylily, she replaced all of them at no charge to me, even though I was the one who killed them.
