History/background
F&S was founded in 1961 by Gary Stolzenburg and Edgar Fuhr in Dayton, Ohio. The primary focus of the business was racing. Over the years, F&S has sponsored some great races, and although the emphasis has been on flat track, F&S has been affiliated with every kind of two-wheeled racing. In 1979, Gary and his wife Mary purchased the Harley-Davidson franchise and have seen it grow steadily ever since. In March, 2011, Gary sold the franchise to concentrate on his racing efforts and hobby of collecting antique motorcyles and motorcycle memoriabilia.

Shipping information
We typically ship all our items via USPS. They usually have the cheapest prices. Though we do try to check other options on larger or heavier items to find you the best shipping price available. Additionally, while we list a handling time of 3 days, we try our hardest to get your items shipped the same day we receive payment. For international orders, PLEASE FILL IN YOUR PHONE NUMBER. Most international shipments require this information. The more complete your info, the faster we can get your items shipped.

Return policy
We have a No Return policy on most items. However, some are exchangeable for other merchandise if returned within 14 days and buyer pays shipping. See item description for details as return policy may be different for different items. Be sure that the item your are bidding on will fit your bike and you have carefully read the description. The only exception to this is if we listed an item incorrectly. Then the item will be returned - MINUS SHIPPING: We will send you a call tag to return the item to us. When the item arrives at our Receiving Dept, your payment for the ITEM ONLY will be refunded through the same method you paid with (PayPal, eCheck etc...) RETURN POLICY
We have a simple, easy return policy on most items.  We generally accept returns on most items up to 14 days from the date it is receieved.   Buyer is responsible for return shipping and we ask buyer to contact us before they ship it back so we know when to expect it.
