I have been in some sort of retail since I was 17. Over the last 29 years I have been a fashion/retail merchandiser, retail clothing manager (twice), a vintage clothing picker & owned an antique/vintage clothing shop with my mom. We also did on-site vintage fashion & display shows, eventually we turned our shop into a dress-up tea party/birthday party/bridal/baby shower business & finally into a lunchtime cafe! It was a great whirlwind! Family obligations & illness eventually took priority and we had to close our doors. Now I just ebay from home which gives me time (and a little more sanity!) to take care of my first love, my family! Speaking of family, my mom sells on ebay too. If you are the winning bidder you'll automatically receive an email & invoice notifying you of your win. I allow up to 4 days for payment to be made. If you need more time to pay or shop please let me know, I am easy to work with! I will send a courtesy reminder at the end of the 4th day. If no payment or communication is received after the reminder is sent a non-pay bid claim is opened for the transaction. If after the non-pay bid claim is opened & payment or communication is still not made the item will be relisted & the non-pay bidder permanently blocked from future buying. Waiting is no fun so I try to ship your purchase as quickly as possible, usually within 12-24 hours (excluding Saturday & Sunday). I print my shipping labels through ebay so you will know when your package is sent & have a tracking link to check on the progress of it thru ebay or PayPal. I will ship the most economical way possible. If the item weighs under 13 oz. it will go by First Class. If it weighs over 13 oz. I will try to fit it in a Priority Flat Rate envelope which costs $4.99 shipped anywhere in the U.S. I usually roll clothing up to make it fit better & to help decrease wrinkling (unfortunately some wrinkling is inevitable!). If it won't fit easily into a Flat Rate envelope it will be sent regular Priority. If you need something super fast I will be happy to ship it Express for you. I combine shipping too! Fragile items are shipped with USPS Insurance coverage. International Buyers- MY APOLOGIES BUT DUE TO SHIPPING DIFFICULTIES I DO NOT SELL OR SHIP TO THE UNITED KINGDOM.

I do accept returns with money back. I ask as a courtesy that you notify me of your intent to return as soon as possible after receiving your purchase (if it is a gift please let me know and arrangements can be made). I ask that you let me know as soon as possible, because I am a very small business and your purchase goes toward personal medical (I have Crohn's Disease) & household expenses. I need to be able to budget the refund into my expenses. I appreciate your understanding. Please return the item within 14 days. Buyer pays return costs. Most items are listed with free U.S. shipping, but if separate shipping fees are charged they are nonrefundable as this is an expense, not a profit. I use the automated return system so you can print out your return label through ebay. This will include a delivery confirmation tracking number so we can both know when I receive the package. Once I have received the item in the satisfactory condition, I will refund your purchase price ASAP.

FYI- I recycle my good condition used boxes, envelopes and packing supplies from things that I buy. So your purchase may be sent in a box or envelope that was previously used, but is in good shape and not ready to be added to a trash pile just yet. I have been recycling in one way or another most of my life and it is important to me.
