Shipping information
Orders process and ship either same day or within 4 business days as noted in the listing, usually quicker. Shipping usually takes place between 2-5PM PST, M-F. You will receive a shipping notification immediately upon shipment.
Return policy
100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with anything for any reason, please contact us for a return authorization. We accept back any item that is unused in it's original unopened packaging within 30 days after receiving shipment. If you receive your item damaged or nonfunctioning we will gladly replace the item for you.
For Space Case non-warranty returns, please keep in mind that Space Case products are polished to a flawless mirror finish which is expected by the buyer. They're beautiful and should last a lifetime, but they do get hairline scratches once handled. Only items in original condition can be accepted for return.
All returns or exchanges must have an RMA number associated with it or it will not be accepted at our warehouse. To obtain an RMA, please contact us toll free: (866) 707-1408 Monday - Friday, 8-6 PST.
