Hi, my name is Martha and I sell quilts and cards that I have made myself. I have been making quilts since high school, which is a very long time ago. In college, I majored in Art History with a minor in Studio Art. I enjoyed a career as a museum curator for several years until I realized that I either had to sell my pony or change careers. Twenty-three years later, I retired as a senior systems computer analyst. Now I am back to my first love of making beautiful functional art. I make quilts by hand and each quilt is unique. The smallest is perfect for baby, a wall hanging, or a table centerpiece. The middle size works well for cribs, carriages, and car rides. The largest is great for any baby or mom you want to wrap in warmth and comfort. All the quilts are homemade: machine sewn, hand tied and machine hemmed in a smoke free and pet free environment. I make all of the quilts myself using new materials.
