All of the items I sell are well packaged & double checked against shipping address to ensure the right products reach the right buyer. All items usually ship next business day unless I'm busy , which in this case S&H times will never breach the 72 hour time frame.

In most cases I don't offer a return policy. However, when an Electronic item is purchased it usually comes with a Factory Warranty & a 60 Guarantee from us. I will do my best to work with buyers on all items sold..I would never expect you to accept something that's damaged in the mail system.
