You must contact us first to receive an RMA number and the RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. All items must be returned in the same condition as it was received and must include all of the original (unopened) packaging and documentation that was included with the item from the manufacturer. We have a 14 Day money back or Item exchange policy along with 20% restock fee, for any unwanted or miss-ordered products.
