Business InformationHistory/background
Quilters Anonymous was opened on ebay in 2003. It started as just a little hobby for fun and has grown into a full fledged store in my home - I sell on ebay and at home by appointment only as I also work full-time. I am constantly buying and finding new items, never stop looking and I sell what I don't use myself. My purchases are from auction sales, end of bolt bargains at fabric stores, estate sales, ebay, yard sales, second hand stores - anywhere there is fabric I buy if the price is right - some I keep and use myself, some I sell.
Payment policy
paypal on ebay. credit card, cash, cheque and paypal in my store at my home.
Shipping information
I ship when someone pays for their item. It usually is at least 2-3 times a week. If possible, I use airmail, unless the cost is prohibitive to the customer. The customer pays pretty much what I pay. If I have to use special packaging then I add a bit on to cover the cost of that. I always combine shipping to save the customer what I can and if you overpay based on the invoice that is auto-generated through ebay I will either refund the money, or ask if you wish further product added into your parcel.
Return policy
If your item is damaged, I ask that you return it and I will put in an insurance claim to the post office - all shipments are insured by us. If your item does not arrive, I will do the best I can to find out what happened to it, worse case scenario, we put in an insurance claim and your money is refunded. If you feel that the product was misrepresented in some way (we do try to describe all to the best of our abilities - I am a quilter too, so am very familiar with fabrics etc.), but sometimes a customer just does not feel they got what they paid for, no problem, you ship it back and I will refund your original purchase price.
Contact information
use the contact seller button through ebay - we respond asap - please be advised that I work full-time and since we live out in the country, sometimes our internet is tempermental. I will get back to you as soon as I can.
