Treasure in Time is the online store that represents the smaller items we have for sale. We are in the midst of opening a Treasures in Time store in South Central Ontario. Chris has been around the wholesale and flea market business for over 25 years, and has a wide array of marketing and sales experience. Kathy has extensive experience in the fashion industry, and has a great deal of retail and Customer Service experience. Kathy is a romantic, so she like the word TIMELESS...Chris wanted to name the business Treats and Treasures from his 1st grade reading book in Toronto; so they settled on a compromise and THAT is how we came up with the name 'Treasures in Time'.

After trying different things over the years, we have decided to only accept Paypal as our exclusive means of sending and receiving payments online.

All of our shipping rates are estimated online through the Canada Post website according to approximations. We do our best to keep shipping and handling costs to a minimum, and with Canada Post jacking up the shipping rate to the U.S. we have had some people write and say our rates seem high, but they are usually pretty accurate. When we do list a high shipping cost for heavier items, you will notice that it will state in the ad that the shipping rate shown is the highest rate you will be charged, which is true. There have been times when we have underestimated the shipping rate, and at these times we simply take the loss. We do offer discounts on multiple auction wins, but I quite often forget to write that into the auction as some we can offer discounts on, and others we can't due to sale ending dates. If you write to us right away though, we can usually gladly accommodate your request. All items are shipped cheapest way unless other arrangements are made at buyers cost.

We do not generally accept returns, but will do whatever we can to make sure you enjoy dealing with us. Any problems that you encounter, PLEASE contact us and let us work with you to make things right.
