We try our best on shipping your item within 24 hours. We do get a lot of orders daily due to our high volume inventory. In case we run out of stock we will contact you at our earliest convenience. For our international customers please understand that each country Customs and Taxes are not controlled by us. All International purchases may have additional charges that each country may charge. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. All International shipments may take up to 21 days for Customs to release the items. Once the item purchased is shipped it is out of our control. All international shipping claims can only be made after 45 days. If a shipment has been lost we will work with you to file an insurance claim and additional forms will be needed to fill out, that we will supply.

From here click on 'My eBay' scroll below your wishlist and you will see 'Purchases' these are the items you have bought, on the left hand side you will see a drop down menu called 'more actions' from here you will see 'Return this item' Ebay will guide you through the rest of the process. An item can only be returned if it's in original condition, unworn, and with all contents included. Please note that all items are inspected and verified that the item is what we have shipped to you.
