We primarily ship FedEx, but will occasionally ship UPS, and USPS depending on weight and delivery location. Aerosols and chemicals can not be shipped via USPS. If you choose USPS on these shipments, we will ship by one of the other carriers if there is enough shipping charge to cover it. We ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders usually get shipped within 1 business day, however, due to processing and other delays, your order may ship later. We cannot guarantee next day shipment on any items, in stock or out of stock. Some items ship from our main warehouse in Iowa, while other may ship from other warehouses across the country, which may increase or decrease shipping times depending on the delivery location. We are not responsible for the product once it is in possession of the shipping company.

Damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 days of receipt. If you receive a damaged item, please retain all packaging and contact us immediately. To report a damaged or missing item, you can email us at returns@kmjent.com or call us at 515-733-2890 x600. You must contact us first if you are returning an item. Items returned without prior authorization will be refused. We need to gather information from you before we can process a return, so contact us before sending any item back. We reserve the right to exchange or refund any item being returned. Returns are processed within a reasonable time after receipt. Any credit issued will be in the same form of original payment for the item being returned. No returns past 90 days of purchase date will be accepted. Special order items are not returnable.
