I never received my items also, for International buyers this is not the first problem for what I see, you are not doing things correctly for international shipping, please give me back my money, and then, learn how to make international shipping!!

My 12 year old son was diagnosed with Kidney disease 5 years ago. He just got his NEW kidney and has to go to the doctor all the time. I am sorry for any delays there may be in shipping. If you NEED something shipped off sooner please let me know and I will do my best to get it shipped off within a day after payment.

Return policy
All items except intimate apparel like panties, bras, and swimsuits can be returned within 14 days provided item is in the same condition as shipped to you and is in resellable condition (tags still attached, no smells or odors on item, no signs of wear, etc.). Upon receipt of the item and after inspection, a refund will be issued for the cost of the item minus a 20% restocking fee. Cost of shipping (either to receive the item or return it) will NOT be refunded. Exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact me if you would like to exchange an item.
