History/background
We've been selling on ebay since 1999. The only negative we ever received was from a seller who claims he never received our payment (this was before Paypal).
Payment policy
We prefer Paypal, but will accept USPS postal money orders. Sales tax will be added to items shipped within California. We have to pay that money to our state. Sorry. =[
Shipping information
We usually ship within 24 hours (M-F) unless there's a problem. We prefer USPS Priority Mail and will use it whenever possible.
Return policy
We don't accept returns, but we will give store credit if you feel the item we sent was not at all as described. No matter what there's always something that can be done to work it out.
