We opened our first retail showroom in August 1983 in Burlington, Ontario, Canada. Our ECommerce site www.musicianswebstore.com was launched about 4 years ago followed by our EBay store in 2006.

Payment policy
Visa, MasterCard, Paypal.

Shipping information
Most of our shipments are sent using Canada Post, Purolator and Fedex. We try to ship all of our orders within 5 business days. To all of our American friends and customers please note that sometimes shipments get held up in customs and can take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive at their destination. We apologize for any inconvenience but this is beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.
