I have some large goals set for myself that keep me going day to day. Although I have Multiple Sclerosis, I want to be the best that I can be. Even though I do a great deal of selling from bed I want to grow that into a large full time business. In time I want to add other products either to the store I already have or begin other stores. I don't want to just give up and crawl into a hole and feel sorry for myself. i beleive that by keeping busy, it allows me to be the best that I can be and I plan on staying that way. I do have my down times but I deal with them and try to keep going. With your help, I will be able to do just that. You have all given me the drive to better myself and keep going. Everyone has been so helpful and encouraging and it is very much appreciated. Without you I would have given up long ago. Even when things are difficult, you have all been patient and understanding. I want you to know that it is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your encouragement.

I have been in the retail business since 1995. I began with making my own jewelry & dreamcatchers. Within the first year, I added my ceramics and branched out into a small flea market in a local tourist town. Things moved rapidly in the beginning and the need arose to begin to compensate my business with items purchased from wholesalers. I wasn't able to keep up the demand for my products and also began selling the supplies for making your own jewelery and painting your own ceramics. Even that took off faster than I expected. Within the first 2 years, I began teaching jewelery making and ceramics and found myself much busier than I had been in years. This whole time I was also running my own home based daycare for 12 hours a day 5 days a week. I still had to manage all the supplies and product making for the store. I loved every minute of it. About 4 or 5 years ago, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis & I had to give up many of my favorite hobbies to conserve my health.

Payment is required within 5 days of purchase or auction win. If you have a problem with this, please contact me prior to purchasing or placing a bid on any of my items to make other arrangements. I accept paypal only, but, I will be looking at other payment methods such as Bidpay in the new year. Unfortunately, we are no longer permitted to accept Money Orders or Certified Cheques.

Shipping is done on Monday's and Friday's ONLY. The reason for this is my Multiple Sclerosis. It is extremely difficult for me to ship more often than twice a week, however, if it is at all possible I will definately ship more often. If you have an order that is urgent, please be sure to advise me immediately by email to my eBay message center so that i can find an alternative way of getting your order shipped if possible. I cannot be held responsible for orders shipped without insurance or tracking. Please consider this very carefully prior to paying your invoice. There will be no exceptions. I have no control over the post office and their schedules or rates. Please remember this when waiting for your order. Once placed in the hands of the post office for shipping, my responsibility ends. If your order takes longer than you expect, please blame the post office and not me. Returns will be accepted for exchange only. Money refund will be given for items that are not as described. An RMA # will be required before items can be returned. All items must be returned in the original condition & packaging with all items included before item is refunded or credit is given. I cannot consider an order lost until after the 30 day time frame as stated by ebay. Please allow your order sufficient time to arrive in case it is just hung up in transit. I am not responsible for your order once it leaves my hands & is in the hands of the Post Office if you do not have insurance. I will not automatically replace orders lost in transit without the recommended insurance & tracking. There are extremely few orders that are ever actually lost. More often than not, they are hung up in the system & will arrive if given sufficient time to do so.
