We will re-use good bubble wrap but we also buy new rolls. Loose fill is almost always bio-degradable so don't get it wet because it just melts to gooo!

We can take Paypal with no complaining about their commission. We accept cheques and postal orders. We are credit card merchants so you can pay that way too. We shred your details after use. If you pay by credit or debit card, the name appearing on your statement will be Locolines.

For UK buyers its simple, Royal mail set postage in bands according to weight. We estimate packed weight and hence postage when we list but on odd rare occasions we are out by one band of payment and you might overpay by a few pence but all packing is not chargeable. If we underestimate you usually win. If your purchases total more than £30 they will be sent Special Delivery and that has to be non-negotiable. Its because if they are sent by any other method their full value is not covered if they go astray.
