For some items, we take Paypal Only, for larger items, we'll open up the options to whatever makes us both comfortable - Paypal can be difficult on $75k transactions, for example.

We typically ship within a day, but we ask that you give us up to 3 business days - some of these products have been in the warehouse for a time and need cleanup and final testing before being sent out. We will contact you if there are any issues or questions. Be sure to check your eBay messages and, better yet, make sure your eBay registered email is correct.

We are a liquidation company - we don't manufacture, service, or deal in the products we list for sale - we simply find them at great prices, buy them, and give as much detail as we know and can reasonably locate on them. If we promise something, we'll keep that promise or make you happy - we can come up with creative solutions sometimes (example - we promise a good battery, it arrives bad, we order you a new battery - takes a few extra days, but a lot better than going back through it again and at no additional cost to you!) Basically, we want you to be happy, and we'll work hard to do it - we just ask that you be reasonable. We are selling these items for companies who have a very short amount of time to liquidate, so we check what we can and trust the rest - if something's not right and we can make it right, we will.
