Nearly all the items I sell on eBay I sell for other people. That is why I cannot personally vouch for each and every item. I go by what my seller tells me. Some items can be tested others not. My listing will indicate if an item has been tested.

I sell a little bit of everything but do have some regular clients who bring me used computer equipment, power tools and photographic equipment. Sometimes I even sell some small household and decorator items. I rarely sell new items. Used items rarely come with guarantees.

I buy office supplies, printer parts & toner, photo equipment and marine type items.

I stipulate the terms of sale on my listings. Buyers are expected to read them and if they don't understand them, ask questions. Whining will not get you a refund. Read my listings completely. Buyers who expect to use feedback as as a weapon against sellers to win concessions and free merchandise are invited to shop elsewhere. (Feedback blackmail)

I have been buying and selling on eBay since 1999. I do my best to examine and describe my items as clearly and accurately as possible. I do not want any dissatisfied customers. However, buyers must carefully read my descriptions thoroughly and take time to understand exactly what they are buying. My photos are taken in such a way to provide buyers an accurate representation of the item being sold. I generally do not use any stock photos.

PayPal is my preferred payment method. I also accept checks and money orders and cash for local pick-up of items. Personal checks require a waiting period of one week before shipping any merchandise.

I ship FAST. Check my feedback. Most items leave the same day payment is received. If you want quick shipping..PAY BY PAYPAL.

I do not accept returns. Most items are such that it is not practical to offer warranties or guarantees. That is why they are up for auction. Many people forget that eBay is an AUCTION and not a retail STORE. For the terriffic prices available on eBay you usually don't get a guarantee.

Buyers need to read carefully all the information regarding the items they are interested in. That includes the payment and shipping information. I try to provide accurate guidance on shipping on most items. If a specific shipping cost is shown for an item and you win that item, you have tacitly agreed to pay the listed shipping amount. If you have specific questions on an item, please be sure you have fully read the listing. If you are still unsure, email me. MANY times questions can be answered by re-reading a listing. Buyers have a responsibility to give appropriate feedback on all transactions.

Upon final payment, It is my responsibility to deliver to every auction winner the merchandise as represented in my listing. Items will be properly packed and shipped in a timely manner. I will give feedback when I know the buyer has indicated their own satisfaction with the transaction.
