History/background
I started selling on eBay once I had amassed over 400 video games and really needed to down size my collection. So I sold over 300 of them and just kept mainly my Squaresoft/Enix/Square Enix collection with some exceptions. I plan to dabble a little more in the selling department soon. I believe in being an honest and courteous seller to my clients. I think that's what builds a solid customer base.
Payment policy
I accept PayPal although I don't like it when they take a cut out of my earnings. I also accept money orders or certified checks (no personal checks).
Shipping information
I try and ship most of my stuff with in one to two days of payment. I have very reasonable shipping prices and people have always commented on my speedy shipping practices.
Return policy
I have yet to have someone even ask about returning a product to me. I try to list my items extensively so that there can be no misunderstandings about it's condition. I suppose if I were confronted with the situation I'd accept a return only if the product was defective and returned in the same condition it was sent in. I would ofcourse refund the winning bid price.
