Although Price Right Computers has not been selling on eBay for long, we have a strong background in selling refurbished and off-lease computers. We have built our staff from only experienced industry professionals.
Payment policy
We currently only accept PayPal.
Shipping information
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. All computers and monitors are individually boxed with fitted foam inserts to prevent damage during shipment. Products are sent via UPS at the rate that you select during checkout. Price Right Computers only ships to addresses in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. We do NOT ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, freight forwarders, packaging companies, hotels or internationally. Ground shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is not available.
Price Right Computers strives to reduce packaging waste, and will occasionally reuse manufacturer packaging if it is still in shippable condition. Our #1 shipping priority is to safely package our products.
Combined Shipping
Price Right Computers may be able to offer discounted shipping on combined orders of 2 or more products. Please email us through eBay messages (be sure to include all eBay ID numbers for the items you have purchased).
Return policy
All computers and monitors are guaranteed working upon purchase, and are covered by our 30-day no-hassle warranty. Any defective or malfunctioning units can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided that all original accessories are returned, and that the return shipment is properly packaged. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns require an RMA number, which can be obtained by contacting us though eBay messages.
Price Right Computers is not responsible for any damage resulting from tampering with computer or monitor components. Swapping internal components in computer systems will void the 30-day warranty.
