Most, but not all, orders placed before 3pm EST will be processed the same day. Since we also have a retail store it is sometimes difficult to update the inventory quantity of each item to reflect the number shown in each ebay ad. While we strive to keep this updated, sometimes this can be overlooked. In this situation, the items are drop-shipped straight from the manufacturer which means that items can also occasionally go on back-order. If an order can not be fulfilled within 21 days of the original purchase date the buyer has the option to cancel the order for a full refund. Nearly all shipments within the U.S. will be shipped through UPS (except for MFactory products which will be shipped through USPS or UPS). At special request on domestic and international purchases we can ship through either UPS or USPS. Please specify this first so that shipping quotes and arrangements can be made.

All returns must be made within 7 days of purchase. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returns must receive an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) first. Do NOT attempt to return an item prior to getting consent by us. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. The 25% restocking fee stated above supercedes all previous restocking fee's shown at the bottom of ebay ads. Item processing can take 1-3 business days and U.S. Continental shipping delivery can take 1-7 business days. So in total, you can generally expect expect 1-10 business days for deliveries within the United States.
