Shipping information
All items shipped FedEx Ground, and most orders are shipped within 72 hours of the time the order is placed. FedEx needs a street address to ship to, not a PO Box. Some UPS Stores will accept FedEx Ground deliveries for their customers, so check ahead as this can be an option!

Return policy
Every attempt is being made to acurately show and describe our rabbit hutches, cages and small animal items. In the unlikely event that an item has unseen damage to a part, or a missing part, the manufacturer will send a replacement at no cost to you. If an item shows up with obvious damage from shipping, you must notify me within 72 hours so we can determine if the item can have replacement parts sent or if it needs to be replaced. If you truly want a refund, the buyer must pay return shipping to our warehouse in PA, and a 25% restocking fee will be charged and deducted from the PayPal payment (from total payment including item and shipping charge) We urge our customers to review the photos and descriptions before ordering. For additional info before your purchase, simply contact us via e mail and we will be happy to help your selection in any way possible. It is best for buyer and seller if we avoid being in a return situation!
