Raven Quest has opened its doors to eBay Trading. Darlene Flight is the Sole Proprietors of Raven Quest and Raven Quest eTrade. I take my business very seriously and strive in every effort to provide quality service. Raven Quest, located in the small rural town of Hermon, NY was first founded in 1997 and operated as a builder of custom computers until 2001. Darlene is the resident eBay Trading Assistant. Trading Assistants will do all the work of selling an item on eBay for you, from listing an item and answering customer service inquiries, to collecting payment and shipping the item to the winning buyer. The focus of Raven Quest is Customer Satisfaction. I have put together a business that provides technology expertise with market sensitivity. The result is an organization that is quick to innovate and apply the latest cost effective business technology.

Winning bidder must make payment arrangements within 3 days of auction close. Full payment must be recieved within 5 days of auction close or item will be re-listed and negative feedback will be left. Sorry, I do not accept personal checks. Non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay, purchases will be forfeited, items will be re-listed, and negative feedback will be left.

We Combine Shipping Winning bidder will pay all shipping costs. Shipping Insurance, unless required, is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping and handling can be determined by using the shipping calculator below. Insurance is an option for all my auctions. I will not be held responsible if insurance is not purchased and the item is lost or damage in transit. When your order is being processed for shipping, you will receive an automated notice providing tracking information at the email address you gave eBay. We ship via United States Postal Service.

All sales will include a 3 day return policy. Items must be returned at buyers expense and must include tracking. Once the item is received, we will inspect the return and issue the refund. Items must be in same condition as received and packaged to prevent damage from return shipping. Buyer pays all shipping costs.
