I am one of those hardcore collector geeks. My eBay sales are merely an extension of this hobby, and I'm always rotating my collection. As such, I take great care above and beyond most eBay sellers to accurately describe what I'm selling in detail.

Top-quality collectibles. Most of the stuff I deal in is of a counter-cultural or subcultural bent. I specialize in punk rock stuff, street & underground art, as well as horror films and Asian DVDs. Also, PLEASE NOTE: I do NOT watch television at all EVER. When I veg'-out in front of the tube it's to DVDs/movies, and I really DO actually watch the overwhelming majority of used DVDs that I sell.

As you can see from my FEEDBACK I buy a TON of stuff from other dealers on eBay. As such, I KNOW that the items which I sell are generally of SUPERIOR QUALITY to what most other sellers deal in. And if I'm selling a substandard item that I don't want in my own collection I honestly state it as such.

Sellers for most media items are REQUIRED to use of eBay's stock catalog information system (a.k.a. DESCRIPTION). PLEASE NOTE: eBay's stock catalog is pathetically barren and inadequate, and the information contained within these stock listings OFTEN HAS MULTIPLE ERRORS! Often even the stock photo is completely wrong item and/or edition, details are incorrect, etc. As such, I absolve myself of responsibility or liability as to the information contained in eBay's stock DESCRIPTION and DETAILED ITEM INFO. I try to include all relevant info on what I sell, but here is truly absolutely NOTHING that I as a seller can do about the massive errors & inaccuracies in the information contained in eBay's stock catalog. Seriously, place the blame on eBay for THEIR own errors, not me!

Please realize that that despite my high FEEDBACK score that eBay is essentially a hobby for me. Which doesn't mean I don't take it seriously, but for as long as I've been active on eBay I've always maintained a regular 40 hour-a-week job. I do not rely on eBay for my income, and spend most of what I make in sales buying from other eBay sellers. So, please recognize that I have a real job and have to balance my time between it and my eBay responsibilities. I have for years consistently maintained a high volume of sales with an exceptionally high overall FEEDBACK rating, all while pulling down a full-time job. It's ironic, although I've maintained a 99.8 to 99.9 % through ALL my years on eBay, I do not sell a large enough volume to be a TOP-RATED SELLERS, even though- as you can clearly see- I AM indeed a Top-Rated Seller! If you're wondering why, it's because eBay's Top-Rated Seller Program is an absurd SCAM! Just compare my % rating to that of most designated Top-Rated Sellers!

I accept PAYPAL, personal checks (must clear before items are shipped), and money orders from reputable sources (USPS preferred). Payment is expected within a REASONABLE time frame! If the UNPAID ITEM ASSISTANT opens a case for non-payment, do NOT send me an nasty email or I will refund your payment and block you. I do NOT have time to email each & every deadbeat bidder requesting they pay up, and it is unreasonable for any buyer to expect this. That is exactly why eBay developed the UNPAID ITEM ASSISTANT in the first place. You can purchase BUY IT NOW items with auction items and receive a shipping discount, but items won on one auction day CANNOT be combined with next weeks auctions. Payment is expected within a reasonable time frame and will NOT float you from week to week. If I accept your BEST OFFER purchase, these sales are NOT available for COMBINED SHIPPING DISCOUNTS (although I do often make exceptions).

I ONLY ship to a buyers registered eBay account address which is displayed in each and every INVOICE. No exceptions ever, please! If you send me another address to ship to besides your registered address, then I am NOT responsible for whether it reaches you or not. I ship only twice a week, but always within 5 BUSINESS DAYS of payment as stated. PLEASE NOTE: while I sometimes use DELIVERY CONFIRMATION for personal insurance (paid for out of my own pocket), do NOT assume I will automatically provide this service. Sellers with USPS accounts who buy postage through on-line accounts get DELIVERY CONFIRMATION for free, but those of us who don't have to pay .85 cents. As such: if you want DELIVERY CONFIRMATION you must specifically request it, as well as pay for it. Shipping costs in BUY IT NOW listings is subject to change regardless of stated costs,as the Post Office periodically raises prices and I cannot realistically track down and update 100s of active listings.

I will sometimes accept returns under certain REASONABLE circumstances, minus the cost of shipping. No exceptions! If you file a PAYPAL dispute to recoup shipping costs I will NOT cooperate with you. I don't care if you leave negative FEEDBACK- I will NOT BE BULLIED OR COERCED! If you don't agree with this policy then please don't buy from me! Also, I am NOT responsible for any damage incurred in transit. You can see from my FEEDBACK that buyers know that I take great care and package my items more safely & securely than the majority of other sellers. You should request insurance (at your expense)if you are wary of possible damage. PLEASE NOTE: if any of my listings does not have a photo or stock picture it is essentially an UNFINISHED LISTING, and a you should probably NOT bid on the item! If you do not inquire beforehand you are gambling on what you will eventually receive. Comic book buyers: if you have ANY issues with my grading you RETURN the book- period! No partial refund scam

Please direct emails to me directly from within the eBay system. My eBay alone generates a couple HUNDRED emails a day, and I can only clean out my email box perhaps once a week, so please send any communiques directly through eBay.

My preferred method on notification of shipment is to leave this information in your FEEDBACK. I understand this is not the most direct way of notifying you, but it saves time while also leaving a formal record (CUSTOMS FORM # and DELIVERY CONFIRMATION # are found here) of shipment, and as cautionary insurance in case I lose or misplace postal receipts. PLEASE NOTE: do NOT automatically expect DELIVERY CONFIRMATION on your order! I often pay for it out of my own end just for my own security, but if you insist upon DELIVERY CONFIRMATION, you must request it and pay the extra $$$ for it yourself!

NO SALES TO ITALY or US PROTECTORATES (PUERTO RICO, etc.) I've sold 1000s of items all over the world, but NOT ALL of my items are for sale to foreign bidders, so please check the specifics of each listing. As a general rule I do NOT sell DVDs outside of the US, with the exception of single DVDs to Canada (postage for light objects such as this is almost the same as domestic costs(, and the occasional PAL or REGION 2 & 3 DVDS. As my listings state, I cannot tell you the cheapest shipping cost for certain until the item has been weighed at P.O. However, I am always willing to fit as many items as will fit into a PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL FLAT RATE ENVELOPE for the flat $16.99 charge. Shipping costs in BUY IT NOW listings are subject to change based solely upon P.O. raising prices, as I cannot edit 100s of listings to constantly keep up with said increases.
