All orders will ship within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. We only offer standard and priority shipping. We do ship to APO/FPO, PO Box and worldwide for most of our products. Domestic shipping usually delivers within 3-6 business days. We provide tracking numbers for all packages; please allow 24-48 hours for tracking status updates. International shipping usually delivers within 2-3 weeks (there may be delays depending on customs and buyer location). Buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties and local taxes. Please verify with your customs before making purchases. Tracking numbers are always provided however tracking statuses are not updated. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any modifications on the customs forms.

Returns are accepted within 30 days from delivery date. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and return instructions. There will be a 15% restocking fee however, it may be waived depending on the circumstances. If the item is defective or damaged, please email us immediately.
