This buyer negotiates before buying (which is ok)
But after the sale is completed and he has received the item he makes up something to get an extra 20% discount.
If you don’t accept, he will ask for a refund (that eBay will grant) so you’ll end up losing the item + your earnings

Thanks for the positive feedback & for describing me as 'Very smart' being the only positive thing you say about me. The rest you try to discredit me based on a grievance having supplied faulty merchandise & trying to avoid a return for refund.
I would advise the eBay community to avoid your listings as you are an unreliable & dishonest seller.
