Miller Lake Trading Company was started out of a passion for collecting (from stamps to postcards and many things in between). We have fun in our business but are serious about our standards. We want your experience with us to be a very enjoyable one. For more information, please see our ME page.
We accept Paypal or money order. Payment may be made in US funds or the Canadian equivalent.
We generally ship within 24 hours of receiving payment (not including weekends or holidays). We email you before we ship and again once the item has been shipped.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will endeavour to make it right, as your satisifaction is our #1 priority. We refund shipping and handling if the problem is due to an error on our part.
You may contact us at email@example.com. We are open from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. We are closed weekends and holidays. All emails are answered within 24 hours (on business days). We try to check emails after hours but don't guarantee a response until the next business day.
At Miller Lake, customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. We strongly believe in communication - from the time you make your purchase to the time you receive your package - and beyond if you wish. Customer service does not end with the transaction (see Notification List below). All items are delicately handled and carefully packaged.
If you are looking for a particular postcard or issue of a magazine that we sell, send us an email and we will put you on a list. When the item becomes available, we will list it and send you an email notification.
