History/background
We are a family owned and operated jewelry business that has specialized in fund raisers for nearly 30 years. We have raised $350,000 to date for charitable and non-profit organizations. We are now focusing our fund-raising efforts through eBay's Giving Works. As technology and communications improve the world becomes smaller and smaller. Through ebay, buyers and sellers can find each other in every corner of the world and with eBay's Giving Works we are able to reach out to those in need both near and far.

We accept PayPal, VISA/MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or BidPay
Shipping information
We ship items out twice weekly on Tuesdays and Fridays. Overseas shipments are sent on Tuesdays. Payment must be received by Monday or Thursday 4pm PST to be included in the following day's shipment. We will send you an email when your item has been shipped. Shipping charges are as stated and are NON-NEGOTIABLE. The shipping charge listed in the auction description covers shipping by USPS First Class Mail for US Residents and Airmail for non-US Residents. This amount also includes a prorated portion of the charge we incur from the post office, any packing materials, tissue paper, zip-lock bags, labels, boxes etc which are not supplied by the postal service and which we use to ship and protect the items during transit. The shipping amount listed in the auction description DOES include insurance.
Return policy
Your satisfaction is our number one priority! That's why The Silver Rose offers 10 days from the date you receive your order to return your merchandise for an exchange or refund. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date we receive the package. A 15% re-stocking fee will be charged on refunds due to expenses involved in notifying eBay of the return, re-listing the item, fees to eBay, PayPal, credit card processors and banks and making corrections to inventory.
